Pre-payment required

You will be required to pay your estimated consultation fee at least 48hrs before your appointment. More details are available in the practice information manual

Deposit required

If you have previously cancelled your appointment at short notice, or you have missed an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure an appointment booking. More details are available in the practice information manual

Extra time charges

If your appointment goes over the booked time, you will be charged for the additional time as per our fee policy.

Why is This Important?

Booking a suitable appointment length helps Dr Law to:

Provide comprehensive care without rushing you
Maintain on-time scheduling for all patients
Ensure adequate time is scheduled for important administrative tasks
Complete thorough documentation of your care

Fees Are Based on Actual Attendance Length

Moving forward, your appointment fee will be based on the actual appointment length.

If a session runs over time:

You will be charged a higher appointment fee for the longer appointment type
A payment link will be sent for payment of the outstanding balance (due on the day of your appointment)
Prescriptions and documents will be released once payment is received

If a longer appointment is booked but less time is needed:

You will be charged a lower appointment fee for the shorter time spent.
This means we will refund any overpayment.

I accept that I will be charged the consultation fee for the actual attended appointment length
I agree to pay additional fees the same day as the appointment if my appointment fee is higher than my prepayment

You agree to be contacted with an appointment offer
If an appointment is offered at short notice due to a cancellation, you will receive an SMS. If we do not hear from you by the deadline provided, the next person on the waitlist will be offered the appointment.
You will be required to pre-pay your estimated consultation fee to secure the booking, as per our fee policy
